Mum, Dad, Im Coming Home!

Wow! Very Happy, as National Day (31/8) is coming! Eh, don’t mis-understanding, Im not that patriotic actually. Im happy just because of 31/8 is Public Holiday, hihi...! You should know my feeling if you are liked me, work 6-7 days a week.

Honestly, I have been studied in USM, Kelantan for 3 years, then work in Miri for almost 3 ½ years, in these 6 ½ years back, I rarely feel home-sick...I only be home-sick when I know that it is time to going home!

Im home-sick now, miss my parents & other members very much! The reason is pretty simple...because I know, is time to going home. Ya, I be going back to hometown, Kuching (hmm, suppose to be Samarahan?) on 29/8 (Wed, 19:40pm flight, MAS) and return to Miri on 4/9 (Tues, 16:30pm flight, MAS).

This time, with different feeling (but sorry I don’t know how to describe it in black & white), as I will bring along my GF, Fern. So far only my eldest brother been informed, I havent inform my parent yet, it would be a big big supprise for them...they have awaiting this day to come since very long ago...haha. Now they dream come true.

《谈判艺术》

概述
是世界唯一Money & You 及 Business & You中文讲师,林伟贤(管理学博士)的书。
谈判其实就是商量,也是一种艺术,所以人人都需要学会谈判(商量),以求在达到所要的目标的同时,尽可能创造双赢的局面。

书中林博士会谈到谈判的定义与如何进行尤势谈判,这包含了谈判前的准备(如列出谈判最终目标、搜集信息,及谈判策略的选用等),并会对不同的谈判策略和战术加以分析;书中也讲解掌握不同的谈判风格和了解对方谈判特点的重要性,及如何应付谈判过程中的种种障碍与问题以促成一场共好双赢的谈判。

感言
在日常生活中,就如林博士所说的,每个人都有谈判的机会(如在菜市场杀价等),因为谈判就是商量。我觉得若用“讨价还价”的话,对我们会比较有亲切感吧?我本身往往在很多场面,是知道有杀价的机会的,但却碍于面子的问题,不喜欢“讨价还价”,正确的说,是不好意思向卖方开价/杀价吧。

曾经几次,我和芬走街时,看到路边有摊子买些本地水果的,如蛇皮果(Buah Salak)、Langsat、红毛丹(Rambutan)之类的。偶尔也会停下脚步,问问价钱。当想买的时候,通常都是芬先开口杀价的(而我则可能会毫无犹疑的就买了哦!嘿~~~)。

不只一次:
摊贩叫价:Buah Salak,RM4.00/KG...!
啊芬还价:RM3.00 boleh?
而我不知怎的,可能是觉得芬叫的价过低或考虑到摊贩的利益吧?未等摊贩出声~~~~
傻佬啊美:Kalau tidak, mungkin RM3.50 kah?
这时,芬就会把我拉到一旁说:很讨厌你,不要说话,静静站一边...@#@#!不用说了,你也会理解芬跟我说了些什么的!

所以说,要讨价还价,就要有勇气(偶尔脸皮要厚一点、嘴巴也要甜一些,最重要还是一定要开口,不然立刻失去了那50%的可能...)、态度要对(不可什么都随随便便、不计较...)、也要理智点(过渡感性或冲动带来的多数是吃亏,因为这就是冲动,最后的惩罚...!)。
还有要记住谈判得来的每一分钱,都是净利润!

Write to High Educated People

Life and our future outcome won be always as what we desired, what we planned or what we expected, as the title given to my blog, everything keep changing, the only thing not been changed is “CHANGING” it self. Please do believe that we always have choice(s) (or alternative) no matter we are in a favorable or in an unfavorable situation, but first u must have a right attitude.

Now-a-day, uncountable of degree students jobless. They are either cant find a job (career) since graduated from college/university or since they had quit from the previous career. What is the main reason results in the above issue hard to be eradicated?
1. Wrong course choosen? By which the course is not popular or less prospective?
2. Too choosy on the career? Expect high salary, incentive or other benefits/allowance and etc?
3. The speed of country development in all fields are too slow to create job opportunities? (supply > demand).
4. Lack of experience, skill, knowledge, confidence results them unable to compete with others?
5. Or due to other reasons?

If u are one of them, what will u do? Keep jobless until u find a perfect (high salary, allowance, incentive...etc) and most suitable (which related to ur talent & field) job which macthed to ur qualification or education level? For me, honest speaking, if one day you found me work under the hot sun with sweating back at a construction base, or as a waiter at a Fast Food Restaurant, or as a saleman in a Super/Hypermarket, or what ever jobs which you thought that is unmatched to my qualification, DON’T be too surprise!!!

It is a choice or an alternative, it is not a shame for me as a degree student to become a temporary labor worker, waiter, saleman or etc while seeking better career, because at least I have income for my own daily expenses & basic demand. At the meantime, I learn / gain new knowledge, skill and experience by involved in different fields. But it is absolutely a big shame if I choosed to stay jobless and do nothing; eat, wear, stay and all other expenses to provide free by my old aged parents? 在家“吃老爸的老米,喝老妈的老奶”不是我最光荣的选择!

No matter you are a Degree, Master or PhD student or else, please do always remind yourself, this not mean that you are SUPERIOR, SMARTER or SUCCESS compare to those with lower education level; but it more sound like you have more priorities in certain aspects, more knowledgeable in certain fields and might have more opportunities and brighten future outcome...

For your better understanding, E.G:
To construct or build the Petronas Twin Towers is really a huge and challenging project. From the planning of the project, design of the artwork, choosing of the materials, to construct of the Towers, it required an experienced, skilled and professional groups of people to success the whole project. But did you realized or can you imaging that, the person who construct or build the Twin Towers were groups of foreign workers, which probably only attent primary education or totally not been educated? However, they are able to follow & understand all the instructions, complete all the tasks, and fulfill all the requirement that given or required by the professional groups.

So what do you think? Conclusion: Foreign Workers are SMART too, not only those high educated professional groups!

概述
《蓝海人生》由作者刘振洪篇著,与《蓝海策略》不同的是,可以这样说,后者的对象为商业与企业界,牵涉的是整个企业经营组织/系统,如何在同行里以策略创新避开红海,创造蓝海;而前者的对象则较大众化,适合所有阶层/领域的读者(每一位读者)做为参考与借鉴!

不错的一本书,虽然在POPULAR BOOKSTORE只花了RM12就买到了!起初还在犹疑,一来人们常说便宜没好货嘛,二来手上的《蓝海策略》还未读,怕两本书的内容类似,那就不划了,还好...

个人认为,以上的6竞争力,是要让它们有互动、互相配合与支配,才能发挥作用以创造「蓝海人生」。如谋略力和外借力,需沟通力去强化;身边再多贵人,若不懂得交际,也无法得到他们的赏识、尊敬与信任,想要向他人借智借力就更免谈了!而创新力和应变力则需洞察力的支配;有效的透视、了解、察觉、并对身边每个事物和领域的变迁保持敏感度,以便能来个创新与突破来迎合未知的转变和需求(创新力也可制造转变和需求),并为可能出现的逆境先做好应变的措施...等等!当然,这只是其中6竞争力间的互动互补关系罢了!

有了以上6竞争力,就能成功创业、创造「蓝海人生」吗?我个人认为应该还不够,没那么简单,还差了个”行动力”吧?因为不管您是否拥有了6竞争力的尤势,还是您的理想/目标有多明确实际,不设法、没勇气踏出第一步将之执行的话,是不可能会有结果的。但很多时候我们就是已万事俱备了,只差那么一个行动,而功亏一笺!或许我们怕风险、怕失败、没信心吧?又或者我们不知何时才是行动的时候吧,所以一直等待时机?结果一等再等、一拖再拖,最后慢慢淡忘了,就只剩下那么一个美好的幻想罢了!我很清楚,因为我也是个爱拖延、爱找借口的人...说不好听点,是懒散吧?嘻~嘻~

之前读了一本书,《经营魔戒》有提到,有了明确实际的目标,行动的时机也很重要,但不需等到有了100%的把握和信心时才执行,因为我们永远不会知道何时拥有那100%、何时在最佳状况;所以,只要有70-90%成功机会在望时,就应有所行动了。
